 ctober 8th.  October 8th is the deadline for chapters to be complete and f
 ully certified without any outstanding issues not participating in Fall MT
 A.\nChapters participating in Fall MTA must be conditionally certified by 
 September 1.  The MTA committee will provide further dates and deadlines.
